Know Your Swim Times

IMPORTANT! Swimmers, please email us your best 100 Free time by February 16 to coordinator@swimcamp.com. Include the name “Westchester Clinic” and also indicate if your 100 Free time is yards or meters.

Lane assignments will be based on your best 100 Free time. If you do not submit the correct time, then there is a strong chance that you will be placed in the wrong lane, and will not fully benefit from the camp training. Thank you for your assistance!

What to Bring

Below is a suggested list of equipment and apparel. Peak Performance Swim Camp is not responsible for lost or stolen articles or money. Do NOT bring valuable items to camp with you – such as iPads or laptop computers.

Snacks & Beverages

Swimmers should bring their own water bottles to the clinic, and refill them frequently from the water fountain on deck. A catered lunch will be served each day. Campers may also bring their own sports drink and/or healthy snacks to camp.
